Refund and Exchange

1.  Equanimity will refund any order which has not been fulfilled with in 35 days upon customer request.  Most orders are fulfilled with in 12 to 20 days.

2.  Equanimity will refund or exchange any item found to be defective with in 7 days of receiving the item.  The item must not appear to be intentionally damaged in any way, and must be returned in original packaging.  Equanimity may at our discretion ask for photo submitance.  Customer is responsible for return shipping expense.  However, customer will receive discount coupon equal to shipping expense to use on a future order.

3.  Equanimity will perform an exchange for standard sizing problems with in 7 days of receiving the item.  This does not apply to custom tailored clothing, so it is Very Important to receive accurate measuring from a professional tailor.  The item must not appear to be damaged in any way, and must be returned in original packaging.  Customer is responsible for return shipping expense.  However, customer will receive discount coupon equal to shipping expense to use on a future order.

4.  Equanimity will not refund or exchange custom tailored clothing based on sizing / fitting.  Make certain your tailor gets accurate measurements.  Equanimity will refund or exchange custom tailored clothing Only if found to be defective.  The item must not appear to be intentionally damaged in any way, and must be returned in original packaging.  Equanimity may at our discretion ask for photo submitance.  Customer is responsible for return shipping expense.  However, customer will receive discount coupon equal to shipping expense to use on a future order.

5.  Please keep a safe copy of your order receipt.  Please reference order number and product name when discussing an exchange or refund.
