Q: How long does shipping usually take?

Most orders arrive within 15 business days. In very rare instances orders could take longer depending on location and item availability.

 

Q: Can I track my order?

At this time we do not have a system in place to track orders. We plan to change this in the future.

 

Q: What is your refund policy?

If we have shipped you the wrong item or the item hasn’t arrived within 35 business days we will refund you.

 

Q: Help! I entered the wrong address.

Please contact us using the contact form page found in the footer.  Please include [WRONG ADDRESS] in the subject line so we notice your high priority issue.

 

Q:  Free Shipping Over 100.00 is not available.

This issue is currently being addressed.  Will be resolved soon.  Any purchases made full-filling the free shipping requirement made prior to resolution will receive a $10.00 off in-store coupon for their next purchase.  The coupon will be e-mailed to you, so please include a valid e-mail.

Q:  I don’t see the option for Paypal payments.
